The very purpose of NOIR FEST is to create a space in which the Glory of Blackness is centered, celebrated and upheld. This means that every experience at NOIR FEST will be thoughtfully and intentionally designed to ensure that our community feels enlivened, empowered, elevated. Every single NOIR FEST guest is important to us. This means your needs and your feedback will always be considered, within reason. Want to see something added to the program? Tell us. NOIR FEST is a space created for us, by us. Everyone else is welcome to join us, as long as they respect the fact that every second of every NOIR FEST event will celebrate, center and uphold the indisputable Glory of Blackness. This is a space for community building. For you to get to know people beneath the surface, for you to let your guard down, knowing that more than anything, you are the star of the show.
